For over 30 years, and with a lifetime of creativity, Nicolette Martin has been on the cutting edge of the design world.  Shortly after earning a degree in Fashion Design, she started designing and manufacturing couture knits and hand-loomed textiles.  A second degree in Interior Design shifted her focus a bit, and she started designing interiors locally and nationally.  Over the years, Nicolette has developed an increased scope of offerings which includes custom cabinetry, full-scale interior architecture, and buildouts.  And, in addition to designing fashion and interior spaces, she has also designed accessories, art, and furniture, along with many other interesting things.  Her passion for finding new products and materials is showcased throughout this work.  

Nicolette also has a tremendous sensibility for project management, running her projects from start to finish in a timely manner while retaining full control of the design standards for the project.  Nicolette Martin Co is also a licensed builder which makes the process seamless for the clients and trades.  She loves the entire creative process, starting with a love for interpreting her clients’ vision and, ultimately, bringing it to life through highly detailed drawings and models.  Her studio in downtown Northville is a showcase for the products that she loves and is inspired by, and it is here, in her studio, that she loves to collaborate with others in the design industry.  Nicolette says, “I aim to create a living space that my clients will love to come home to everyday because of the beauty and emotion it brings into their lives.”  See for yourself…
